How to Use

For Facial Hair: Dispense a few drops into your palms, rub hands together, and massage through clean, slightly damp facial hair, working down to the skin beneath. Comb or brush through to distribute evenly.

For Skin: Apply a small amount to clean, slightly damp skin and massage gently until absorbed. Avoid direct contact with eyes.

Shipping and Returns

Every order is hand-poured and packed by us in small batches, so please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. Orders ship via USPS unless you request another carrier at checkout.

During hot weather, we ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays. That way your candles spend less time sitting in a warm truck or warehouse over the weekend and arrive looking just as they did when they left our studio.

You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Arrived damaged?

We pack every order with care, but if something arrives broken, email us at chandlerspride@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Returns

Because candles and body care are personal-use items, we can’t accept returns on opened or burned products. Unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days for store credit. Reach out and we’ll walk you through it.
