There is a little French bakery on the corner that smells like heaven at dusk. The door swings open, and in strolls a very well-dressed gay with a smirk, a secret, and a fresh deck of tarot cards tucked under one arm. They order something warm, pick the best table by the window, and make it very clear to everyone in the room that they’ve never once apologized for being fabulous.

Faguette was made for that feeling.

It opens with rich black tea and spicy cardamom pod, warm and bold, steeping like a long, slow conversation over something strong. Sweet fig and smooth bourbon vetiver fill the heart, earthy, lush, and just a little indulgent, like a pastry you swore you weren’t going to order. It’s bougie without being stuffy and sensual without even trying, a scent for anyone who knows exactly what they bring to the table.

Underneath it all, creamy sandalwood and a warm kiss of tonka settle in soft and golden. Smooth, toasty, and irresistible. The kind of base that’s made for staying in, turning the lights down low, and letting the bread rise... if you know what we mean.

Candle Care & Safety Tips

Our coconut apricot wax is soft, creamy, and burns clean and slow. A little care helps every candle give you its best scent and longest life.

The first burn matters most

Let your candle burn until the melted wax reaches the edges of the jar, about 1 hour for every inch across. This sets the “memory” of the wax and prevents tunneling.

Trim before every light

Trim the wick to about ¼ inch before each burn. A shorter wick means a steady flame, less soot, and a cleaner jar.

Keep burns to 4 hours or less

Longer burns can cause the wick to mushroom and the jar to overheat. Let the candle cool completely before relighting.

Avoid drafts

Fans, open windows, and vents can cause uneven burning and flickering. A calm spot gives you the most even melt.

Know when to say goodbye

Stop burning when about ½ inch of wax remains at the bottom. Once cool and clean, the jar is ready to reuse.

Safety first

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended.
  • Keep away from children, pets, curtains, and anything flammable.
  • Always burn on a stable, heat-safe surface.
  • The jar can get hot. Do not touch or move it while lit or while the wax is melted.
  • If the flame gets too high or starts smoking, extinguish it, let it cool, and trim the wick.
  • Never use water to put out a candle. Use a snuffer or gently cover it.

Shipping and Returns

Every order is hand-poured and packed by us in small batches, so please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing. Orders ship via USPS unless you request another carrier at checkout.

During hot weather, we ship only on Mondays and Tuesdays. That way your candles spend less time sitting in a warm truck or warehouse over the weekend and arrive looking just as they did when they left our studio.

You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Arrived damaged?

We pack every order with care, but if something arrives broken, email us at chandlerspride@gmail.com within 7 days with a photo, and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Returns

Because candles and body care are personal-use items, we can’t accept returns on opened or burned products. Unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days for store credit. Reach out and we’ll walk you through it.
